I want to keep the most important ones. As I work out on my weight, my muscles are getting stronger. I think I’m going to have to take my new weight off the track because I’m going to keep up with my current weight. Personally, I think that if youre doing strength training, you should probably get a little more sleep. Because youre always going to be sore the next day, and if you keep doing it too much, it can actually make your day worse.
The problem with workout time is that it seems to be more about quantity than quality. If youre only going to be doing strength training, you should probably go to bed earlier. Even if youre only doing strength training, that could actually lead to better quality sleep after you’ve been working out at night.
A new study suggests that sleeping more may actually be harmful to physical health. In the study conducted by scientists at the University of Minnesota, volunteers who stayed up late and exercised for a long time lost more muscle mass than those who slept more.
