I’ve always worn cologne, from as long as I can remember, and I still do. But now, I’m starting to think about wearing more – especially if I’m going to be doing a lot of yoga or deep breathing with a lot of people.
Well, at this point in my life, Ive already made that decision to wear a lot of cologne. I have also started to think about the kinds of things I might be wearing when Im doing yoga, and if I should wear them. Not only has it become more likely, but also the kind of thing I might want to wear when Im doing yoga.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, cologne can be one of the most wonderful things you can buy. Many people I know use it to help them with their breathing or to soothe themselves after a workout. Colognes are also a great way to reduce stress before a workout, and a huge part of yoga. The problem is that if you’re not careful you could end up wearing cologne that you don’t particularly want.

What I do is usually in a bath tub, and I get a nice relaxing soak.

I’m not advocating people use cologne in the bath, but I do encourage people to use it for good hygiene reasons. I recommend using cologne that smells good and that you like. I especially like cologne made for relaxing activities such as bathing and relaxing, but any cologne.
