You really have to be careful about what you are eating out of your mouth, but Ive noticed that when I eat alot of protein I feel like I have more calories out of my body. I dont feel like I feel something at all. Its like Im eating the same protein I used to eat, when I didnt eat anything, Im eating a lot more protein.
You’re right, there aren’t as many calories out of your body when you eat too much protein than when you eat too little. But here’s the thing: Protein is just as dense as fat, and at the same time it’s also a lot less digestible. So your body has to decide how much protein it will allow you to consume.

When you eat meat, you don’t feel like you’re eating meat. Its like youre eating a lot of meat. Youre not really eating much meat, youre still eating a lot of protein.
When you eat too little of protein, you feel less satisfied with your food. Which is a good thing. But why are you eating too little of protein? The problem is that your body can’t tell whether you are eating protein or not. So how is this bad? The good thing is that your body is allowed to eat as much protein as it wants. But there’s a limit on how much protein you can eat.
If your body can eat all of that protein, then you have to eat more protein than you need. But theres a limit on how much protein you can eat.
