I think the best part about La Fitness alsip is the fact that you can actually get in shape at home. It’s just a matter of picking a gym in your area and paying for it. For a little over $10, you can get in shape. And as good as this is as a workout application, there is a few things that make it even better. It doesn’t require you to actually go to the gym, so you can just work out at home.
It is a great idea, but there is no way I would spend 10 hours a day for 10 years and then take it home to work out. I would rather have La Fitness alsip download it on my phone to work out at home every day. Because its really that easy.
