Since I was a child, I’ve been known to skip exercising when I’m tired and I’m not going to be a morning person, but I’ve never been one to give up on the gym for anything, so I can’t really blame myself for not exercising. Well, I can but I haven’t because I’ve been so busy working that I haven’t had time to go to the gym.
I think you should always at least try to get yourself into shape so that it won’t be a shock when you get your first gym membership. Just like anything else, you need to make a conscious effort to get in shape to ensure that you actually succeed.
And finally, the best tip I can give you for getting yourself into better shape is to start with something small. I know that sounds obvious, but it is important to start small. That is, pick something small that you can complete in a couple weeks, such as a morning walk with your dog. The more you do it, the more you will become comfortable with it.
The bigger your membership, the lower your chances of getting the membership. In other words, you can become more comfortable with being in a gym membership a little more. With membership, you don’t have to worry about getting into a gym to get in shape. If you have a membership, you can get in shape to be as motivated as you are.
I agree with the first part. I think it would be even more motivating if you got in a gym and went to the gym on a regular basis. I often bike to work or drive my kids to school, but sometimes I just can’t seem to get into a gym. It seems like it would be motivating to go there all the time and work out in the gym.
To get into shape, you dont have to pay for classes. You can join the gym and get your gym pass for free. We recently gave our memberships to our dog/kids/friends for free. They didnt even ask for a credit card.
