This book is about using your knowledge of how to move to help you get in shape. Think of it in the way you’d think of a book written around the subject of writing; it’s a very personal way of thinking about how you would like to be seen by others. Instead of saying, “Hey, I’m writing this book to help other people become better writers,” you can say, “Hey, I’m writing this book to help people become better fitter.
I like how you can use a lot of your knowledge to be able to talk non-stop in front of people, and if you got a new idea you could do it faster and smarter.
But there are many ways of thinking, and many reasons why you might want to become better at something. A simple reason might be, you want to look better in public. But that’s only one reason. Another might be, you want to look better in your house. That’s a few reasons. You might also be thinking of the reason you really might need to get in shape.
I think this is a good example of what I mean.
